I stayed at this hotel and found the location to be perfect for exploring the city, being close to Madison Square Garden and Times Square. The rooms felt a bit cramped with prison-style bunk beds and thin blankets for the kids, which was disappointing. The service was okay but not as attentive as I would have liked. Overall, it was a decent place, but there are certainly improvements to be made.
